  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Cutoff Time orders placed after 12pm (noon) Mountain Time will begin processing the next day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send it back to us. Items must be returned to the address below within 30 days to be eligible:

Eligibility


  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box placed inside a separate shipping box or poly mailer. Shoes returned using only the shoe box as the shipping container will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time


  • Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

  • Please note: store credit will be issued for the item price only (shipping costs are excluded).

How to Start a Return

Final Sale Items


  • All sale items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
