Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders within the U.S.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $85.00 (before tax and shipping fees).
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Cutoff Time orders placed after 12pm (noon) Mountain Time will begin processing the next day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send it back. Items must be returned to the address below within 30 days to be eligible:

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping box or poly mailer. Returns using only the shoe box as the shipping container will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Store credit will be issued for the item price only (shipping costs are excluded).

Final Sale Items

All sale items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at dirtroadsanddreams@yahoo.com within 3 days so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds / Store Credit

We do not issue cash refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit only for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping).

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
