Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders within the U.S.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $85.00 (before tax and shipping fees).
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Cutoff Time orders placed after 12pm (noon) Mountain Time will begin processing the next day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Method
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping methods will depend on the size and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send it back to us. Items must be returned to the address below within 30 days to be eligible:

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Shoes must be returned in their original box placed inside a separate shipping box or poly mailer. Shoes returned using only the shoe box as the shipping container will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.
Please note: store credit will be issued for the item price only (shipping costs are excluded).
How to Start a Return

Final Sale Items
All sale items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Site-wide sales are considered final sale.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at dirtroadsanddreams@yahoo.com within 3 days so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds / Store Credit
We do not issue refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit only for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping). Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
